History
Operating successfully for more than 10 years, Carrera Partners grew out of a unique partnership between two of Australia’s most dynamic recruitment firms. Carrera Search & Selection (Sydney & Brisbane) and Market Partners (Melbourne).
Like many successful business ideas, the spark behind their creation initially came from a negative experience. Separately, the founders of each company were working in sales and marketing and found themselves frustrated by the standard of service being provided by industry recruiters. It became apparent to both of them that a real gap in the market existed for a higher standard of sales and marketing recruitment specialist.
By 2005, each company was a leading force in its respective state. And while the firms were operating in different markets, it was clear they both operated around similar values and culture. It was from this shared sense of passion and vision that a strategic alliance naturally developed between the two firms.
The companies worked very closely together for three years and the alliance proved to be valuable for both parties, resulting in significant growth. So in 2008, they officially merged and Carrera Partners was born.
Remaining true to the original goal, the business has grown to become one of Australia’s most well respected sales and marketing recruitment firms. To this day, the expertise, care and ongoing commitment of its recruiters continues to differentiate Carrera Partners in the market.
Today, Carrera Partners works with many of Australia’s largest and most innovative companies, matching them with high quality candidates across the country.
